Caroline Flak, a hair stylist who was arrested after allegedly getting a DUI last month, said her account was suspended and her Instagram account was taken down because of her alleged involvement in the DUI.
Flack posted on Instagram on Sunday, Nov. 30, that her account had been suspended and that her Instagram page had been taken down.
She later posted on Twitter that her Twitter account had also been taken offline.
Flak was arrested at her home in North Carolina on Thursday after allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol and marijuana.
Police said she had a blood-alcohol level of 0.16 percent, a nearly three times the legal limit.
Police also arrested her mother and other family members.
The account was temporarily suspended Friday, Nov, 31, as a result of Flack’s arrest.
She posted on Facebook on Saturday, Dec. 1, that she was “still trying to get my mind back to work.”
Flack said her arrest had “nothing to do with the job.”
“I’m still going to get through this.
I still love my customers and I still do my job,” Flack wrote.
“I still love people.
I know that I’m still loved by all of you.
I am so grateful for the people who have supported me through this.”
A spokesperson for the Sheriff’s Office in North Cascades said the department would not comment on pending investigations.
